Common questions
Is this a database of contacts?
No. GradoLead reads public Telegram groups that anyone can join and shows you requests people posted there, with a link to the original message. We don't collect or sell contact lists.
Does GradoLead write to people?
Never. You decide whom to contact and write yourself, one person at a time, the way any member of the chat would.
Which cities do you cover?
Serbia, Montenegro, Georgia and Istanbul are covered best. For another city the bot first finds its chats, usually within two days, and shows you the estimate before you pay.
What if nobody asks for my service?
You'll see it before you pay: the bot shows how many such requests there were last week. You never pay for requests you don't take.
How often do new requests arrive?
The bot checks your chats at the start of every hour and sends new requests one at a time, best first, during the hours you choose.
Can I get my money back?
Unused balance from a top-up can be refunded within 14 days of the payment. Requests you've taken and the free starting requests are not refundable. Details are in the Refund Policy.
